This is the route for a photograph that is already good enough to hang. The upload is not restyled and never upscaled. It is cropped to the shape of the product you choose, and on canvas the picture is carried round the edges of the frame.
Before any size is offered, the site measures your file against the physical print size, and a size the file cannot carry is not sold. The plane spotting photography guide covers how to judge a frame at full magnification before you upload it.
The formats with no page of their own
- Framed canvas. The stretched canvas inside a wood frame, with no glazing in front of it, at 30x40, 40x50 and 50x70 cm, in black, dark wood or natural wood.
- Wood. Printed onto 10 mm lined plywood with the grain running across it, at 30x40 and 40x50 cm.
- The bottle. A 500ml white stainless steel bottle.
- The digital file. No object at all: the file is emailed to you as a download link that stays live for 30 days.
The formats that have their own page
Paper has the poster, and the glazed version is the framed print. The bare stretched canvas is the canvas, the aluminium panel is the metal print and the 11oz ceramic mug is the mug. Live sizes and prices for all of them are on the formats page, read from the same rows the checkout charges against.
If the photograph is soft or the background is busy, the aircraft print redraws it in one of five styles instead. With no photograph at all, the airport code print needs none.
