Paper and finish

Poster: 250 gsm uncoated off-white archival paper. Framed print: a lighter paper in a slim frame, glazed with perspex. Canvas: stretched over a 2 cm frame. Which photo works

Upload the original file, not a screenshot or a picture saved from a messaging app. Once it is uploaded, each size shows the sharpness your file gives it: 300 dpi or more is excellent, 140 to 300 prints well, and under 140 that size cannot be chosen.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times by format, how to report a fault and what we reprint are all on the delivery and returns page.

Getting the file

Save the file somewhere safe once it arrives. If anything looks wrong, reply to that email and we will put it right.
