Aircraft gifts
This page is for the good case: you can name the aircraft. Not aviation in general, not planes as a subject, but one specific machine that matters to somebody.
It happens more often than people expect. There is usually one airframe in the story. The trainer somebody went solo in, the type they flew for a decade, the warbird they drive two hours to see every summer, the kit they have had half-built in a hangar since 2019. Ask around a family and it surfaces in about a minute.
When you have that, you are in a completely different position from somebody browsing for aviation gifts, and this page exists because those two shoppers should not be sent to the same shelf. If you cannot name one, plane gifts is the page for you and it starts from the person instead.
What "knowing the aircraft" is actually worth
It is worth a photograph. Somebody who cares about one specific airframe has almost always got a picture of it, or knows somebody who has, or is one phone call from a club noticeboard full of them. That photograph is the only input the aircraft print needs, and it is what nobody else can sell you, because nobody else has that frame.
It also decides the treatment. An aircraft loved for its engineering wants the blueprint restyle, which reads as a drawing-office plan and suits somebody who thinks in systems. When the aircraft is known and the photograph is not
This is the awkward middle, and it is common with types somebody flew long before phones had cameras. Two honest options. Ask them for a photograph outright, which spoils a surprise but produces the right object. Or shift the gift from the machine to the place, because somebody who flew a type for years also flew it from somewhere, and the airport code print needs nothing uploaded at all.
What we will not do is invent the aircraft. There is no describe-it-and-we-paint-it option here, and a page promising one would be selling something that does not exist.

What if I only know the type, not the exact aircraft?

That is usually enough. Any clear photograph of that type works, and plenty of people would rather have the type they flew than a specific registration. If it has to be the exact airframe, you need a photograph of that airframe, because nothing here is drawn from a description.
Can you print an aircraft in airline colours?

Only from a photograph you took yourself and own. We do not hold or sell a library of branded aircraft art, and we will not recreate a livery or an operator's markings from scratch.
