Personalised & made-to-order items
Because every item is personalised and made to order, it is exempt from the usual right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once production has begun. This is standard for personalised goods — once we've started printing your design, we can't resell it to someone else.
Faulty or damaged items
This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you — no quibbles. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order reference.
Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong item (wrong size, wrong product, wrong personalisation), contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We'll cover return shipping if needed.
Preview before you buy
To avoid disappointment, every personalised product has a Preview button. For photo products, you'll see your uploaded or AI-restyled image. For text products, we composite your text onto the design so you see exactly what you'll get. Always check the preview before checking out.
